Tina Iffland’s Story

A close friend convinced me to sponsor Faith Mary. If I had any doubts, they fled the moment I first saw her online and her captivating smile went straight to my heart.

Each time we meet, I am amazed at the bond that has grown between us. She has shared countless stories about her classes, friends, and activities. I am as close to her as I am to my own children, and she calls me Mum.

She writes me that I have made her see things that “I never imagined I would come to see.” I fervently hope Faith will pursue her aspirations to attend medical school in the United States after high school. If she does, I’ve invited her to live with me while she studies.
